A few things to know about our handmade pieces, custom orders & everything in between.

Are your pieces handmade?

Yes! Every Ciotti Studios piece is thoughtfully handmade (unless stated otherwise) which means no two pieces will ever be exactly alike — and we think that’s part of what makes them so special.

Because each item is made by hand, slight variations in stitching, shape, placement, and sizing are completely normal. Depending on the piece, please allow for approximately ½"–1" of variation in measurements.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

Because our pieces are handmade and made to order, all sales are final unless otherwise stated. We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on made-to-order and customized items.

If there is an issue with your order when it arrives, please reach out to us so we can help.

Can I customize my order?

Absolutely! Almost anything you see can be customized. Colors, fabrics, patterns, sizing, wording, themes, and other special details can often be changed to create something that feels uniquely yours.

Have something specific in mind? Reach out! We love bringing new ideas to life and will always do our best to accommodate your vision.

Do you take completely custom orders?

Yes! Custom projects are one of our favorite parts of what we do. Send us your idea, inspiration photo, theme, color palette, or even just the beginning of an idea, and we’ll work with you to create something intentionally made for you.

Planning a special event?

We’d love to help! Ciotti Studios offers custom pieces and party planning services for birthdays, showers, weddings, celebrations, and other special moments.

From signage, banners and decor to posters, invitations, party favors, custom apparel, event styling, day-of details, and one-of-a-kind projects, reach out with your vision and we’ll see how we can help bring your celebration together.

How far in advance should I order?

For larger custom projects or group orders of 5 or more pieces, we recommend reaching out 1–2 months in advance whenever possible. This gives us enough time to source materials, finalize your design, create each piece, and have everything ready for your date.

Need it sooner? Rush production and rush shipping are available for select orders. Rush pricing varies depending on the project, quantity, materials, and timeline. Reach out with your needed-by date and we’ll let you know what’s possible!

What is your production time?

Since our pieces are handmade just for you, please allow up to 2 weeks for production. Production time may vary depending on the size of your order, level of customization, current demand, and the materials needed.

Your order may be completed sooner! We always do our best to get your pieces made and on their way to you as quickly as possible without compromising the handmade quality that makes them special.

When will my order ship?

Once your order is completed and finalized, we do our best to have it shipped within 2 business days.

Please keep in mind that production time and shipping/transit time are separate. If you need your order by a specific date, we recommend letting us know before ordering so we can help determine the best production and shipping options.

Rush shipping is also available when possible for an additional fee.

What does “Ready to Ship” mean?

Our Ready to Ship collection includes pieces that have already been handmade and are ready to head to their new home — no standard production time needed!

Many of these pieces are limited edition and created using small-batch, limited, or vintage fabrics. Once a fabric or piece is gone, it may be gone for good.

Ready to Ship pieces can also be mixed + matched with other Ready to Ship designs or incorporated into a custom order to create a combination that feels completely your own.
