At Ciotti Studios, each piece is thoughtfully created with care. Because the majority of our products are handmade, made to order, and/or customized specifically for you, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on custom, personalized, or made-to-order items.

Please review all personalization details, spelling, colors, fabrics, sizing, and other selections carefully before submitting your order. Once production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Handmade Variations

Every Ciotti Studios piece is made by hand, which means no two pieces will be exactly alike. Small variations in stitching, shape, fabric placement, pattern placement, color, and measurements are a natural part of the handmade process.

Depending on the item, measurements may vary by approximately ½"–1" from the dimensions listed. These variations are not considered defects and are part of what makes each piece uniquely yours.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Please keep in mind that colors and patterns may appear slightly different in person due to lighting, photography, screen settings, and natural variations in fabrics and materials.

For custom projects, we encourage you to reach out with any questions before placing your order. We're always happy to discuss colors, fabrics, sizing, or special requests to make sure we're creating something you'll love.

Ready to Ship Items

Unless otherwise stated in the product listing, Ready to Ship items are also final sale. Many of these pieces are made from limited-edition, small-batch, or vintage fabrics that may not be available again.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

While we do our best to carefully inspect every piece before it leaves our studio, if your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.

Include your order number along with clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and determine the best way to make it right.

Order Cancellations

Because materials may be purchased and production may begin shortly after an order is placed, cancellations are not guaranteed.

If you need to request a cancellation or change, please contact us as soon as possible. If production has already started or materials have been purchased specifically for your order, we may be unable to cancel or refund the order.
