Welcome to Ciotti Studios! By visiting our website, placing an order, or booking a custom or event service with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please review them before making a purchase.

Handmade & Made-to-Order Products

The majority of Ciotti Studios pieces are handmade and made to order unless otherwise stated. Because every item is created by hand, no two pieces will be exactly alike.

Slight variations in stitching, shape, fabric or pattern placement, color, and overall appearance are a natural part of handmade work. Measurements may also vary by approximately ½"–1" depending on the piece. These variations are not considered defects.

Customization & Personalized Orders

We love creating pieces that are uniquely yours. Many of our products can be customized by color, fabric, pattern, wording, sizing, or other details.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate personalization information, including names, spelling, dates, sizing, fabric selections, colors, and other requested details.

Please carefully review your selections before submitting your order. Ciotti Studios is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

Custom Projects

Have something completely different in mind? We welcome custom project inquiries!

Pricing, production time, materials, and availability for custom work will vary depending on the scope of the project. A custom request is not considered confirmed until all required details and payment or deposit have been received.

Once materials have been purchased or production has begun, changes, cancellations, or refunds may not be possible.

Production Times

Most made-to-order pieces require up to 2 weeks of production time, although some orders may be completed sooner.

Production times may vary depending on order size, customization, material availability, current demand, and the complexity of your project.

For larger projects or group orders of 5 or more pieces, we recommend contacting us 1–2 months in advance whenever possible.

Rush production may be available for an additional fee. Availability and pricing will depend on the project and requested timeline.

Shipping

Once an order is completed, we do our best to ship it within 2 business days.

Production time and shipping/transit time are separate. Shipping estimates provided by carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed by Ciotti Studios.

Rush shipping may be available for an additional fee.

If your order is needed for a specific date or event, please contact us before ordering so we can determine whether your requested timeline can reasonably be accommodated.

Ready to Ship Items

Items marked Ready to Ship have already been handmade and do not require our standard production time.

Some Ready to Ship pieces are created using vintage, limited-edition, or small-batch fabrics. Once these pieces or fabrics sell out, they may not become available again.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Because the majority of our products are handmade, personalized, or made specifically for each customer, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on custom, personalized, or made-to-order products.

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for additional information regarding damaged, incorrect, or eligible orders.

Events & Event Services

Ciotti Studios offers custom event decor as well as event planning, styling, sourcing, creative direction, setup, and other event-related services.

Event services, availability, pricing, deposits, payment schedules, cancellation terms, travel fees, and deliverables may vary depending on the individual event. Additional terms may be provided in a separate proposal, invoice, or service agreement.

For larger events and custom event projects, we recommend reaching out 2–3 months in advance whenever possible.

Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee availability or reserve an event date. Your date is considered reserved only after any required agreement and payment or deposit have been completed.

Colors, Fabrics & Product Images

We do our best to photograph and represent our products as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, device displays, and screen settings.

Vintage and specialty fabrics may also naturally contain variations associated with their age, printing, texture, or previous production.

Children's Products & Supervision

Some Ciotti Studios products are created for children's rooms, celebrations, decor, learning, and play. Adult supervision is recommended when appropriate.

Unless specifically stated otherwise in the individual product listing, decorative products should not be assumed to be toys, teethers, sleep products, or safety equipment.

Please review individual product descriptions and any care or safety information provided with your purchase before use.

Intellectual Property

All original Ciotti Studios designs, photographs, graphics, branding, product imagery, website content, and other original creative materials remain the property of Ciotti Studios unless otherwise stated.

Content from our website may not be copied, reproduced, sold, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

Website Information

We do our best to keep product descriptions, pricing, availability, production times, and other website information accurate and up to date. However, errors may occasionally occur.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, change pricing, discontinue products, or modify availability when necessary.

Right to Refuse or Cancel an Order

Ciotti Studios reserves the right to decline or cancel an order or custom project when reasonably necessary, including situations involving unavailable materials, production limitations, pricing or listing errors, inappropriate customization requests, suspected fraud, or circumstances that prevent us from completing the order as agreed.

If we cancel an order that has already been paid for and production has not been completed, any applicable refund will be handled according to the circumstances and applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

Ciotti Studios may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page and will apply as permitted by applicable law.
